During my stay, Moursi at the reception provided exceptional customer service. He was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to meet all my needs. Thanks to his outstanding hospitality, I had an enjoyable experience at the hotel. I highly recommend it! Netflix as well on the TV’s is key in hotels, and thankfully it was there.

dinning staff were very welcoming food was good great breakfast plenty of choice the only issue we had was housekeeping forgot to replace basics ie towels had to call reception on 3 different occasions on our 12 day stay the location of the hotel was good for us but not too handy for going downtown or first time visitors it was handy for the desert adventures everything else was good great value the rooms were big and clean comfy bed

I had a remarkable stay at Damac Hills 2 by Rotana. I was able to avail a very attractive deal for my 3 night solo stay at the property. The hotel and rooms were extremely clean. Well kept. You have everything you need for a short business trip. The staff is very helpful and supportive. They were able to finish all the documentation and provide me with the keys instantly. The package came with breakfast included, large variety of items available for breakfast. The location of the property is slightly 35-40 mins away from downtown Dubai, however if you’re looking for a calm and quiet place to spend your holidays away from the city, look no further. As I was a traveller from Doha Qatar and arrived to Dubai by road, I needed the assurance of having a secured car park which was available at Damac. Very convenient stay. I would like to specially thank all the staff especially Jen and Somi at the front desk for always helping out when needed. Keep up the great work everyone!

I enjoyed the lighting set up and tone. The bed and pillows were sooo comfortable and clean. The shower was clean and so was the finishing around bathtub and in the whole suite I was in which many hotels lack that tidy and cleanseness important details.

My stay was 10/10 especially checking in with Sayed it was flawless. checking out with Morsi as well 10/10 staff members. i didnt have any problems with my stay the rooms were spotless and welcoming, definitely coming back by the end of the year.

My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable! The housekeeping team did an incredible job keeping my room spotless and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like extra towels and other essentials that made a big difference. The front desk staff (Jan, Morsy) ware friendly, A special thanks to Manjula, who was extremely helpful during our stay. As the swimming pool was under renovation, he kindly guided us to a nearby water park. His thoughtful recommendation made our day, especially for my daughter—she was absolutely delighted! Highly recommended for their excellent service and caring staff.
